1. Brief Introduction:
Manakamana Smart Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a Province level " D" class microfinance institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank . Initially the institution was registered as Manakamana Laghubitta Bittiya sanstha limited on 25th Aswin 2074 under company act 2063. As per merger policy of NRB former Manakamana Laghubitta Bittiya sanstha Ltd and former Smart Laghubitta Bittiya sanstha Ltd decided to merge in one and integrated transaction took place from 11th Srawan 2077. The registered office of this institution is located at Siddharthanagar municipality-05, Maitripath, Rupandehi.
2. Working Area :
The working area of this institution is 12 districts of Province 5 ( Lumbini Province). The main objectives of this institution is to provide financial services to poor people of rural and semi urban areas . So far, 36 branch offices are running the programme within the province.
3. Capital :
The authorized capital of this institution is Rs.20,00,00,000/- (Twenty Crore), issued capital is Rs.12,11,50,000/- (Twelve Crore Eleven Lakh Fifty Thousand) and paid up capital is 8,22,50,000.
